What I am seeing right now is massive responsibilities and expectations placed on small to medium business owners. Anxiety is huge. People are struggling to save the family business, etc. The thing they built which feeds their families, and staff’s families. Many have devoted their lives to this.
Don’t get in between a small business owner and their business uninvited. Many are struggling and hurting.
Covid-19 and the lockdown was something totally out of their control.
People are at different stages of anxiety and trauma. Respect their space please.
